We’re really excited to have this event back again. One of the key themes The Taupo Trail Festival focuses on is our mental health, and how our fitness and being outdoors in nature is related. Our mental state is very much like our physical health or fitness, we can usually assess where we sit on the physical fitness scale, however, we don’t seem to be quite as good at making these honest assessments when it comes to the mental side of things, and how we actually feel - and why.

Tales from the Trails brings together some very cool people in a panel-style event, come and join us at the Huka prawn Park for a delicious breakfast (menu below) and listen to our speakers, hear their stories, their outdoors journeys, and how good for us it is to spend time outside, and also their own views, thoughts and journeys in and around their own mental health/fitness.
